Routine maintenance and speculated updates is now gaming news? Who the hell approves this shit.

Lannient4870d ago

Its not that serious lol...people like yourself just love to complain about little things don't you?

Kharhaz4870d ago

You have the DCU site and launcher for this, there's absolutely no reason why this should be on N4G.

As of now, this information is not posted on the official site, and not many people check the forums, so to me its nice to see this posted here I am now updating my game currently. And I'm not quite sure what you mean by launcher, I'm thinking a launcher that tells you about patches before you start a game up when your playing an mmo on the pc, us ps3 users do not have that.

I know, how is this news? If your playing the game you already know this stuff. If people wrote an article every time an mmo has a patch or down time thats all this site would be full of. And it's from a forum. And the description was just made up by the submitter. Have some standards people.

"if people wrote an rticle on every patch or down time for mmos thats all this site would be full of"

The thing is, people don't.

Edit: Actually...when you think about it, how is an update related to a game not gaming news?

NegativeCreepWA4870d ago (Edited 4870d ago )

Their's' a reason for that. IT'S NOT NEWS!

Lannient4870d ago (Edited 4870d ago )

Actually, when you think about it, how is an update related to a game not considered gaming related news? It will be interesting to see how you work your way around this question.

How long has this title been out? How often do MMOs get patched? Seems to me that (from what I read about this patch) these issues should have been fixed prior to launch. Once again we get even more titles that they push out before giving good testing prior.

MMOs In 2021 Retrospective: Console Edition

WTMG's Thomas Medina: "As far as I’m concerned, console MMOs have always been in a weird place. PC is where the main game is most popular. MMOs were born there, work best there, and have the vast majority of titles. Mobile is then next in line, with touchscreens and portability that adds something new while functioning well. Console gaming, on the other hand, is not portable (for the most part). Plus, it uses a controller, which is not the best instrument when your control scheme requires a thousand buttons and a cursor. That being said, there is an audience, and where there’s money to be made, publishers find a way. So here we are with some of the biggest console MMO games and how I feel they handled 2021. "

Best Superhero Video Games Available Right Now

From Xfire: "A lot of video games are designed to make players feel like a superhero. However, very few actually feature superheroes or have players take on the role of a superhero. What makes this even worse is that there are even fewer superhero video games that can be considered good."
