DlocDaBudSmoka4863d ago

will it have MOVE/kinect support? im talkin about the demo. IIRC the full game will have support.

AutoCad4863d ago

Hopefully, it doesnt have either motion contrl support...
This fight night actually looks like a good game.

DlocDaBudSmoka4863d ago (Edited 4863d ago )

i only asked, bc well i paid $$ for this damn MOVE and would like to use it instead of it just sittin there.

edit* so i dont want to use my MOVE controller and i just want it to sit there? is that right Mr. Disagreer?

deadreckoning6664863d ago (Edited 4863d ago )

@DLOC- Thats what u gt for being an early adopter. If u had waited a year or so u proly culda snagged Move for a cheaper price....with DOUBLE the amount of Move software to choose from.

Tinasumsum4863d ago (Edited 4863d ago )

I hope future titles in this series support Kinect. Kinect was made for this genre. Full 3D body tracking would be a gamer's dream come true.
Boxing in Kinect Sports is one of my favorite things to do on Kinect.

Please bring Kinect support.

solaris314863d ago (Edited 4863d ago )

No to both Kinect and PS Move. The game doesnt have support for either that was confirmed a while back.

nevin14863d ago

Me either but i hope you can use the face buttons in the demo.

AutoCad4863d ago

Its the first M rated Fight night ever.
Its supposed to be really good.

Drugs
Cursing
Cant wait for this

sp1deynut4863d ago

...I'm not interested. EA still owes me a controller after FNR4, for wearing out my sticks.

DlocDaBudSmoka4863d ago

good luck collecting from them.

solaris314863d ago

Button controls are optional if thats what you want to use. But the game is designed for use with the analog punch controls.

@sy1deynut

You never downloaded the face button control patch for FNR4? It was half assed though.

Fight Night Round 5: We Want A New Fight Night Game

It’s been almost a decade since the critically acclaimed Fight Night Champion, the final title in a series of beloved boxing video games from Electronic Arts. Since 2011, the studio has been focused on its mixed martial arts title, UFC, instead. But with the rise of the popularity of boxing again, thanks to fighters like Floyd Mayweather and Tyson Fury, could we possibly have another Fight Night game on the way?

I honestly cannot state enough just how much i want a new fight night!!!

Boxing is one of my fav sports to watch and it has been way to long since iv had a game to enjoy.

Undisputed looks like a ps3 game, cmon EA, stuff UFC, give the people what we really want which is a boxing game!!!

I agree we need another fight night, however undisputed, I’d have to part ways with that ps3 claim.

IT'SSSSSSSS FIIIIIIGHT NIIIIIIGHT!!!!
I hope they make it like round four instead of champions but ill take any fight night at this point

Dabigsiebowski462d ago

They need to go back to the good roots of FN R2 and FN R3. Everything after watered down the formula too much and enabled gimmicks. FNR2&3 are some of the greatest fighting games ever.

Kurt Russell462d ago

3 was fun and you could smash out so many haymakers. But I found 4 more technical and enjoyed it for that too.

navi87462d ago

At least in 3 you had to wind up your shots, it was more skill based as opposed to 4 where you just held down L1 or R1 whilst flicking the analogue stick.

navi87462d ago

Agreed, i played FNR 3 the most on Xbox 360 back in the day and using the analogue sticks to kinda mimic punches thrown was fun af. FNR 4 ruined it by just flicking the analogue stick to throw hooks, felt really unintuitive after the previous games.

They'd ruin it like they do everything these days

In the words of the great Stone Cold Steve Austin Ooooh Hell Yeeeeah!!! lol. Also it would be sweet if EA gave us a new Def Jam Fighting game with a roster of Rappers that's unheard of. Biggie.Pun.Pac.Jam Master Jay.Eminem.JayZ.Eazy E.MGK.Naz. and over 60 of the best rappers ever past and present. One can only hope.
