First Person Shooters are a very common aspect of the gaming world. Chances are you can name well over 20 of them on your fingers and toes without having to stop and think about it. A nice chunk of those are games that some gamers hold close to their hearts. Battlefield, Bioshock, and Call of Duty are just a few of the shooters that come to mind when you mention the series.
Gameloft, the creators of the Modern Combat series, have released the third entry in their shooter series on the Playstation Network with the hopes that it can stand alongside other heavy-hitting titles and earn its place among the ranks. The first two titles the company made were only found on the iPhone and Android. This is their first attempt at an online FPS game on the home console. Did they hit the target, or did the shot fly wide? Here are the Hots and Nots of Modern Combat:Domination.
Auto Defense, a real castle battle strategy game by Gameloft, is globally available to download and play on Android and iOS devices.
Culture of Gaming set down with Gameloft at E3 2019 where we got to preview some of their upcoming games in the mobile field.
Neil writes: "Since the turn of the millennium, Gameloft have established themselves as one of the very top innovators in their field, creating games for various platforms. With the mobile scene being their bread and butter, you would have been able to enjoy a whole host of their titles on your iOS or Android device. Now though they are partnering up with Microsoft to see the Xbox Live service roll out across the mobile gaming landscape."
Major move by Microsoft here. Already enjoying these games with Xbox Achievements/Live, through Windows 10 on my Surface Go, but now that they are bringing them to iOS and Android, even more people will be able to experience Xbox Live no matter where they are. More of this.
Gameloft make the worst mobile games They make crappy copies of more popular games . Good fit for MS I guess
Great title
to me this is like a budgeted Call of Duty online! Cheap but good!
did u try it ?
What I'm most impressed with is that for a game that is priced not much higher than a Mini that the lobby actually lists the games being played and what your connection is like to them. Wow.
Makes you wonder why full priced games can't implement such basic yet extremely useful functionality.
omg. this is just another title that shows how desperate non talented developers are trying to buy the fans with another fps online game. if there's anything this generation has proven, it's that developers care about nothing but marketing guns to consumers. sadly, it works to the point that the whole industry imitates them.
