Eurogamer writes: "He will win whose army is animated by the same spirit throughout all its ranks." Those are the words of Sun Tzu, a man who would have had a lot of time for Homefront, where everyone is spiritually drawn toward camping behind rocks and using remote-control helicopter drones to spam one another with rockets.
Jack writes: "Back in March 2011, the first-person action shooter Homefront arrived on the Xbox 360 from THQ, along with a storm of publicity which included a really cool live-action trailer"
Last week game dev Steve Thornton took to Twitter to ask: fellow devs, have you ever slipped something into a game you're working on that's just for you? The replies are well worth a read.
Deep Silver and Humble Bundle are currently offering the first Homefront game for free. This offer will last for the next 48 hours, so be sure to visit its Humble Bundle page in order to acquire your free copy.
get it! the single player is excellent and intense and the MP is pretty fun, too.
Ehh, PS4 needs these deals too, or consoles in general we always get discounts rarely free stuff that's REALLY free (games with gold / psplus isn't free)
i dont know but i think this game is coming out in the wrong time. i even didnt play black ops yet
This game is more like a Battlefield then CoD.
I watched a preview of this game on xbox live and interview with developers.
I thought it looked really good, there only thing i did not like the sound of about the game and that was if i remember rightly, you can buy weaopons, vehicles and supplies at any time??? kind of like Counter Strike but i think at anytime during the game, correct me if im wrong, this would just seem abut silly for example everytime your flying helicopter the other team would just purchase whatever they need to take you down asap...
Home, Home on the range...
Gonna be good :)
I am really looking forward to this game because it is a different take on the whole shooter/war genre.
