Another Rayman 2 adaption...? Kind of lame if you think about it because it doesn't look good and it has already been done on the DS.

I suppose every game has an audience. I'm one of those people. Its one of those games that was truly magical when it came out. Joystiq has a nice write up about it, and its based off the superior Dreamcast version of the game. Nostalgia alone will make me buy this game, the gameplay, and updated 3D effects make it a must buy.

And no, I didn't play Rayman 2 on the DS. If I play any re-release it better be the same or better, otherwise, whats the point?

I share your enthusiasm and buying habits. I'm also going to hold off till a price drop or 3DS lite :-)

I love remakes if done right. Beyond Good and Evil HD comes to mind as well as the Shadow of Colossus/Ico re-release.

The thought of playing Ocarina of Time 3D (or whatever its called) in portable form...gives me the shivers..haha.

I plan on buying both the 3DS and PSP 2 in due time. Handheld gaming is getting better and better. Good thing, as I'm often short on time to play games. I'm also glad that there are still stand alone gaming handhelds. Gaming on phones is only fun for so long.

no a portable ps3 or wii or 360 for that matter the games resemble games off them 3 consoles with the odd game like madden and pse resemble gamecube graphics but its clear the system is way more powerfull than what were seing now

I imagine what will be the 3DS price here where i live. I don't expect nothing less than $500 . I'll have to wait some time to buy one.
