Two YouTube users have kindly uploaded some new gameplay footage of PSN Exclusive Modern Combat: Domination complete with a bit of commentary. Check ‘em out below!
Mario writes "Last year Gameloft decided they wanted a piece of the cake and joined the wave of companies releasing FPS games. They did a little game called Modern Combat: Domination, or as i like to call it, the poor man Modern Warfare."
Modern Combat Domination certainly is fun for a couple of hours, however it certainly IS NOT a poor mans Call of Duty, the game is clearly based on Counter Strike, hence why it does not have a campaign mode, and uses money to buy weapons each respawn. I am disgusted by the fact that everyone uses Modern Warfare as an argument for Modern Combat, as if they only see the whats on the surface instead of the gameplay mechanics that drive the game. Not a single mention of Counter Strike in that review, instead it's just MW and BF over and over, get your facts straight and do some research. And what's with the crappy grammar and typos? I is spelled with a capital i, and the host HAS not HAVE!

I got that message in my XMB earlier. Cool deal I guess. For people who want to play the game.
Actually it isn't; it runs smother than cod black ops. I got it when it was 8$ and absolutely loved it. It plays like counter strike and reminds me of MAG a bit.
Yeap, reminded me of counter strike, but different, I just wish the rounds were longer, or maybe it's need slightly bigger maps. I can't really remember why I stopped playing, I guess it has to be because I started BF2:BC. But for $3.00, it's a decent title.
I got the message too. Still not sure if it's worth it. I figure if they are trying to sell it for that price, it's only a matter of time before it's free with PS+.
hehe for some reason i bought this when it first came out for $6. the game is good but dont think ive played it in like 5 months.

*I couldn't even get into any damn game in the demo trial. It kept waiting, loading and says Match ended! This is the problem with online game, you can never jump into an online match withint 1min! Hot Pursuit had the similar problem, forced to wait nearly 5min to play a goddamn game!
*I was forced to play with a friend or A.I just to experience the gameplay
*The Move sensitive is weird, so hard to control and not spot on. I have 45min to play the game, and you don't expect me to be going to Options and triggering the Move sensitive just to know which feels right.
*You can only know who is on your team if you aim at a soldier, how lame can this be? I keep wasting ammo on a soldier thinking he's an enemy because I can't see his name above his head:/
*does the score even registered accurately? I killed one of my friends, when a round was over it said 0 Kills...wtf?
*How the hell do you activate the Nunclear? I forgot the control because I was waiting nearly 10min just to get to a game, and even though I stand in the circular point of the ACTIVATION, no instruction came up to press and hold Square until my 3round:/
Not trying to be mean but I wasn't impressed by the game!

The game reminds me of Counter Strike, buying weapons and such..then it resets again.
Looks cool and CS stylish..
I will get it even though I have so many nice shooters..
Mainly because of the price and quality.
After buying and playing the gameplay is more akin to Counter Strike while gunplay is more Killzone than COD.
Yep buying this.
