IGN: I don't know what it is about games in this series in particular, but every time I play them I somehow feel much more willing to deal with the incredible frustration of their excessive difficulty. Maybe it's because that's what Ghosts 'N Goblins is -- challenge incarnate. Maybe it's a nostalgia thing. Maybe it's because there really is something clinically wrong with me, and I really am overdue for a visit with a licensed professional.
Whatever the case, my madness may not be entirely my own. If you share in it and in an appreciation for this franchise's unique ability to make you want to punch a hole in a wall, download quickly.
Ghosts'n Demons is a really cool-looking Ghosts 'n Goblins fan game released for the original's 30th anniversary.
Ghosts ’n Goblins Resurrection is the latest in a fairly long series of remakes and brings the series classic arcade formula to modern-day audiences on the Nintendo Switch. Finally introducing co-op, the game presents players with the grueling onslaught of monsters to overcome while maintaining the charm, look, and feel of the original. It is aware of the difficulty of the series, however, and carefully balances a game that is appealing for die-hard fans of the series, while also allowing newcomers to taste its pace.
Ther 35th anniversary of the NES is finally upon us and it's time to take a look back at the best classics you can play on Switch.
I still cant get passed the first-level especially on the Nes version.
Same hear i loved this game still do till this day
Ghosts 'n Goblins was the Demon's Souls of the mid 80's... or Demon's Souls is the Ghosts 'n Goblins of the 2000's... whatever. Loved this game when I was a kid, never did beat it though.
I was able to beat the first loop when I was a kid, but not the second. And I only did that once. That was the SMS version.
All I'm gonna say is that the red gargoyle can kiss my ass. Anyone who has played this knows exactly who I'm talking about.
