Well, say you had the best game ever made in front of you. Everyone has given it 11's out of 10 and it was your favorite genre as well as your favorite IP.
However, the only way to play it was by navigating through a menu system that has 20 unmarked buttons and only one would allow you to play. The other ones erased your progress, oh and they move around every 5 seconds.
It's a bit extrem but the UI is really important as well.

I usually spend way too long customizing my characters. Oblivion. aagh

Lol, I know what you mean. Fallout 3 and oblivion took so much time and then it wasn't even worth it in oblivion when you got a helmet.

I don't know how much time I spent between mass effect and kotor customizing my character.
