Internal Battlefield 3 Reel Being Sent Around EA

Planet Battlefield writes: "According to a user on NeoGAF (who is part of the Need for Speed Public Relations team), EA periodically send out internal confidential demo reels showing what is happening in different branches of the company. The latest one, sent out in late December, shows Battlefield 3 as well as Dragon Age 2, NFS, Star Wars: The Old Republic, Bulletstorm and other upcoming EA games."

i think bc was meant to resemble a smaller version of battlefield (smaller maps, less players per team)

BC was still a lot of fun - Vietnam maybe not so much (my opinion)... It would be awesome if they can bring the large scale PC battles to consoles though.

I feel with BC they really cut down on the content from BF2, they took out jets? WHY! lessened the players? WHY! took out a massive amount of vehicles? WHY! came up with crap map design, instead of awesome maps like the air craft carrier maps on BF2 oh and the map hidden on the console version.

BC2 is a console game and does not represent the full experience of BF2.

BF2 is a PC title with different play and feel.
DICE made bad company to get a foot hold on the console while bringing some of the Battlefield experience to console but making it a console experience of it's own.

Battlefield 3 Pc will be the full successor to Battlefield 2 but so far I'm not sure if the console versions will be more like BF3 PC or more like Bad Company style of game play.

I'm a console gamer at heart, but if there are larger matches/maps or significant differences (apart from graphics) I may get it on PC.

I'll need to upgrade a little, my 5770 will probably run it medium fine but I'd like to do a bit better than that, might get a GTX470 or 570 if they get a bit cheaper soon. Maybe finally use that SLI on my motherboard.
