IGN: Back to the Future Review

Back to the Future is a welcome surprise – it's a movie-inspired game that doesn't suck. Instead, it pushes the characters in interesting directions and whips up a good story. The game's funny and clever if not a bit simple, but it's an enjoyable ride fans shouldn't miss.

Presentation - 9.0

Huh. A movie-game that isn't atrocious. Might have to take a gander at this one.

Danteh4881d ago

Wow that is suprising and awesome, Back to the Future is one of my favourite 80s films, they don't do things like this nowadays

STONEY44881d ago (Edited 4881d ago )

I thought it would suck too until I saw Telltale Games as the developer. Those guys are awesome. Sam and Max, Monkey Island, ect.

AEtherbane4881d ago

Well technically its not based off of an in-production film, so it gets a better opportunity to be better.

Burning_Finger4881d ago

LOL. Same score as GT5. Why I'am not surprised IGN??!!

BannedForNineYears4881d ago

GT5 is a PS3 exclusive, you shouldn't have been surprised. :|
IGN doesn't like PS3 exclusives.

GiantJedi4880d ago

Just cause your precious ps3 exclusive doesn't get get a perfect score doesn't mean they don't like ps3 games.

deadreckoning6664881d ago (Edited 4881d ago )

@harrykid32 and Burning_Finger- If you two have a grudge against IGN...why are you in an IGN thread?

Edit: Don't know why I'm getting disagrees. I asked a legitamate question. Why do people who have beef with IGN CONTINUE to comment in IGN threads over and over again? Thats just asking for trouble.

GiantJedi4880d ago

because what you said wasn't a positive comment towards the ps3 or you weren't saying anything negative towards ign.

Arup024881d ago

Stop complaining about idiot things. Now your PS3 exclusive can't have the same score as other games.

Zachmo1824881d ago

And what does GT5 have to do with this game? NOTHING!!

Elven64881d ago

Steam A to Z: Week 5

Bit Cultures writes: It’s week five of Steam A to Z and, as this is an article which isn’t related to Fallout 4 in any way at all, I welcome the three people actually reading this! You know, a more unscrupulous journalist would scatter mentions of Fallout 4 throughout this article just to boost its prospects for those all-important clicks. Thankfully I have more scruples than you could shake a Radroach at, so that certainly won’t be happening. (Radroaches, of course, being one of the many weird and wonderful critters appearing in Bethesda’s Fallout 4.)
