He's talking about how the first two games in the GTA series, wasn't well received by fans.

Meaning;"The Conduit" suffered the same faith, but the sequel should be better.

Whats not so successful at the start could end up being huge as devs need to take note use some money to build quality IP's like what HVS are doing it will pay off 4 them big time by the time WiiRS/Wii2 hits and HVS have Conduit 4 with 64 players Online and graphics that melt ur face off
