Planet Xbox 360: "When the original EA Sports Active came out for Wii a year ago, users everywhere had an alternative to hiring a personal trainer, as they could perform workouts in the privacy of their own home, running through various exercises while getting advice from virtual trainers. It is a fairly exceptional program, and one that provides a surprising amount of depth, but Xbox 360 and PS3 owners were left out in the process. Not this time out. The sequel, EA Sports Active 2, is available for platforms across the board, including the Xbox 360."
BioGamer Girl states, "Losing weight can be hard and sticking to a workout plan can be even harder. However, there are tons of new video games that can help you get moving and drop those extra pounds quickly. Video games get you up and moving with Xbox 360's Kinect and Wii which helps burn off those stubborn calories. Playing games is the easiest way to lose weight, because it can be fun which helps you forget that you are even exercising!"
PS UK Blog - Follow our six-step workout plan and let PlayStation 3 games like Move Fitness and DanceStar Party help you stay in shape.
My advice. Turn off the PS3, Go outside and run/cycle/walk/swim (obviously in a pool), Comeback no earlier than one hour later, turn on PS3, Have fun.
Seriously console exercising isn't great
