Chopper gunner glitch in Call of Duty: Black Ops

PS3Life writes: I think some of you have used the killstreak chopper gunner in Call of Duty: Black Ops. But some of us will not be flying with it in the air but under the map and that is a wierd glitch.

I'm thinking this doesn't happen very often. I know the game is glitchy but this is very weird even by cod standards.

Been getting more and more out of hand lately.
Wall Hacks, 5 to 6 feet Knifing(Got the video since it was done to me.), No Claymore Detonation even though the enemy is on top of the Claymore itself..........these Fcking modders are ruining the game.
