"On December 20th Frobot is beaming out of another dimension straight into your living room on Nintendo’s WiiWare service! You can either get the full Frobot experience for 1000 points or just try a taste of that sweet action with the free demo comin’ out the same day. Livin’ it up in Europe? Frobot's got yer back there when he invades the European Wii Shop Channel in 2011. So if you got friends, call em, and if you don't, make some, cause it's gonna be a party."
"The gaming scene is so saturated with robotic protagonists that it's become pretty difficult for anyone new to develop a compelling game on one such character. But along comes Frobot -- a real "playa" of an android who sports a hard-to-miss afro and has, not one, but five girlfriends. As spunky as the main character is, it just so happens that the game he stars in falls short in its level of immersion. However if you can spare the 1,000 Points, you may very well find Frobot still has enough merits to hold your attention." -- Wiiloveit.com
A fusion of disc-influenced puzzle gameplay and multiplayer action make Frobot's funkalicious debut one of WiiWare's most unique. Full review by Brittany Vincent.
Have you wanted to play that freaky little action-puzzle game featuring a Robot with a Fro but don't own a Wii? Rescue is at hand as Frobot makes the Leap to PC.
I don't see it in the gameplay.
Good idea perhaps, If executed on a game that doesn't just look meh.
