PS3's Move Could Face Shortages Through January

There's been a lot of hype surrounding motion controllers this holiday season, and both the PlayStation Move and Microsoft's Kinect camera seem to be off to good starts. According to executives from the respective companies, finding either motion platform will not be so easy for consumers looking to get in on the action for Christmas.

headtracking in gt5 is great works in low light.

and it has no problems with Tier 1 beards either.

I got a feeling they might do a bundle with Socom 4. Hopefully just move and the game i dont need the camera.

Bought the Move bundle but I'm regretting not buying a second controller.Sold out in most places I've checked.

My opinion on this is that Sony have a prime opportunity to do some nice advertising for Move with the release of Little Big Planet 2. Think about it, a fun loving game packed with tons of customisation tools suitable for any age which really in theory would work well with Move.

I would be thinking bundle deals if I was working at Sony right now.

Sony did drop the ball on stand alone Move controllers. Did they not know how many PS Eye's were sold, and if those who would want to update their experience.

Doubtful. I won't be buying it until Feb at the earliest. All of the good Move games are being released in '11. LBP2, Sorcery, etc... Sports Champions will only entertain you for a few weeks, tops. Then you'll want to move onto something bigger and better, but alas! No bigger and better titles until 2011.... Move is a waste of money at this point.

I'm getting the 360 Kinect bundle after Christmas in time for Gears. I hope they are in stock after the holidays. Good thing I already got my Move, and haven't needed a second controller. Whew!
