Game Interface Wrote: I was completely caught off guard with the release of Faery: Legends of Avalon. I had not heard anything about it before it was released. This little gem came out of nowhere and surprised me with how much fun it could be. We have Focus Home Interactive and Spiders to thank for this coming to North America. Turn-based RPG’s are rare to see still being developed and even rarer on XBLA. The game is light in nature but solid in gameplay despite its simple nature.
According to Microsoft’s Major Nelson latest tweet, the latest round of backwards compatible games are here. If you own any of the following titles (or purchase them), you will be able to download them now:
Deus Ex: Human Revolution — Director’s Cut
Final Fight: Double Impact
Faery: Legends of Avalon
Frogger 2
Puzzlegeddon
Backwards compatibility is starting to blow up. I bet publishers are seeing increased sales from older titles.
lame..no Black Ops 1
Deus Ex HR was always on there this is just the Directors Cut.
Anyone underwhelmed about BC titles lately have to understand that MS is probably waiting for BC blowout during their E3 press conference. Black Ops, Bioshock and other big titles have already been confirmed for BC at some point. Read Dead and other long rumored. I'll be very surprised if we don't see many of the most requested BC games announced at E3.
It has just been announce that this week’s Steam Publisher Week-End is dedicated to the Focus Home Interactive game catalog. From today until Monday the 13th, you can enjoy amazing discounts on Focus’ bestselling titles, as well as on their fresh new releases such like Sherlock Holmes Crimes and Punishments, Styx Master of Shadows!
Despite the game’s attractive look, its utter lack of originality is soon wholly apparent. Pass on this particular fairy tale and you’ll exponentially improve your odds of living happily ever after.
7.75? That's a pretty precise score, but are you sure that the game wasn't a 7.7498?
We use a .25 scale on our reviews. That's why it is not 7.774628 or else it might have gotten that. Hehe.
