Gamepeople's Soulful Gamer reviews the upcoming action adventure title Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom.
"Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom's lop sided partnership is as interesting as it is deadly. As much a study in friendship as a videogame, it slowly grew into a meaningful experience for me."
GameZone: " Here are 10 disappointingly underrated titles that deserve a second chance in the form of a sequel on the next crop of video game platforms."
In the "Overlooked Gems" video series, Egg Says Whut?'s Ed Carmody-Peterson take a look at games that fell underneath the radar and asks if they deserved to be overlooked, or if they perhaps warrant a second chance. In the first episode, Ed plays Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom. Is it an overlooked gem? There's only one way to find out.
I loved Folklore and this game was awesome. It had an ICO vibe to it. Its a shame the studio is no more =/.
Seemed like a cool game when i played the demo
but man that troll thing annoyed me.Would of bought it
if they hadnt made him sound so dumb.
In this month's For the Love of the Games: three reasons you should play Game Republic's Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom!
It's a mediocre game. Not really a "must play". I guess it's ok if you're just renting it and have nothing else to play though.
These devs are under-rated. Folklore was an exclusive PS3 title and that was considered to be quite unique. The only black stain in their resume is the movie port "Clash of the Titans". Toy Home on PSN is also a lot of fun, I'm gonna get it to support devs like these.
Note: I heard some ex-ICO devs are onboard with this game.
