Eurogamer: SingStar Dance Review

Eurogamer: "The world may have had enough of games involving plastic guitars and rubber drum kits, but that doesn't mean the music genre is dead. Dancing titles like smash hit Just Dance and Kinect-enabled Dance Central are making sure it's stayin' alive. But is there room for one more, or is SingStar Dance a step too far?"

You now have your own version of Just Dance. The Move is comfired to be more acurate than the wii move at tracking you hand movement.

looks like an interesting option for a party game or something to play with girls.

i got the move on release and i'm waiting for something to play. i have sports champions and RE5:GE.

this looks OK.. but if they were releasing Samba De Amigo updated with new graphics and all of the old songs plus new ones.. I'd be all over it

i owned the maracas controllers for the dreamcast and they weren't that great.. the move controllers would be perfect for this game!!

SAMBA DE AMIGO please

Don't really get this or the Dance game for Wii. But, hey, if people are happy playing it...

Surprised they didn't go the route of Kinect, though, with developing a skeletal tracking system for at least tracking in 2D.

it could be done in the future...
this is there first try at this... and the guys at singstar are definitely looking at feedback...

Singing Games Can Improve Your Health

GamerFitNation's Alfredo Lopez writes about how Singing Can Improve Your Health. Whether it’s in the shower or at a concert, I love singing along to my favorite tunes. It wasn’t long ago that I started to wonder if singing was any good for my health. I mean we use muscles to sing and usually muscles are related to health, right? I did some research and according to studies done at UC Berkley, singing is beneficial to a person’s health.

Or.... ORRRR.... You could just sing and not play a dumb shovelware singing game marketed to 12 year old girls.

But, good. I sing regularly and am in a band so it's good to know that there's something I'm doing right to counteract these intense 6 hour gaming sessions.

The Beatles game was quite good.

I don't need a game to sing. I sing on my walks to GameStop.
