Black Ops Has Arrived! - TheHDRoom Review

Black Ops did the unexpected and Treyarch should be proud stepping out of the shadow of Infinity Ward. The game delivers on all fronts from the huge replay value in its multi-game modes to some amazing visuals. A new bar has been set in the Call of Duty franchise.

I wish Activision would let this review stay up. It touches on a few details that the european reviews neglected....and why are those reviews not being pulled? But Activision said "for what it's worth, great review"...which was appreciated.

all games are 'rehashed'. Here's some reality: gears3, halo reach, uc2, kz3....all use the SAME formula of their predecessors along with tweaks and a different story. Shit, how many ways can you execute any fps, racing game, sport game, tps, fighting games? Black ops is great and treyarch did give a damn to give us the best and most content filled cod to date(imo). Stop with the lame "its the same game" argument because so is nearly every other game. Truly unique games are katamari, lbp, echo chrome, you know, stuff like that. As I said, if you don't like bo -PLEASE DON'T BUY IT SO WE DON't HAVE TO HEAR YOU BITCHING ON THE MIC.

Seriously, all of the cod haters must really suck. Sure there are some issues but it's fun and even with it's flaws its better than the vast majority of console fps shooters. The guys who bitch like little girls are the one's getting their ass kicked. Don't lie. And I honestly don't believe that it's as unbalanced as people make it out to be. Everybody has access to the same loadouts. You can counter anything. How is that unbalanced. It's usually really simple to shut down boosters etc. Also, so what if it's friendly to the masses. FYI my kill/death ratio is 1.41 (decent-not spectacular) and I have never boosted, quick scoped, nube tubed ect, or used any kind of exploit. Admit it, you guys suck and are taking it out on the game. Why else would you go out of your way to comment on a game that you don't like? Your just mad cus it won't let you win. If it was so easy, you would play, rape and have a great time. It's ok, we get it...you just suck at cod. Let us know if you suck (just hit disagree).
