Gamesradar | Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 review

Gamesradar writes "We've been doing this videogame reviewer racket for quite some time now, so we figure that makes us pretty qualified… as psychologists. And Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2, well, it's having an identity crisis if we've ever seen one. (We haven't). On one hand, it's undeniably Dragon Ball. You've got big men, bigger hair, and high-flying fisticuffs that make wire-fu films look downright plausible. However – probably in response to the super saiyan beating the first Raging Blast took from critics – Raging Blast 2 has opted to tone down its cutscene-heavy fan service, resulting in a game that's neither a perfume-scented love letter to fans nor a balanced, responsive option for fighting game nuts."

They point alittle bit more better reasons why this game is ok, most of the reasons are the same as my.

Anyways I enjoy this game and kicking people a cross the screen.

burst limit is way better than this.

It was really lame, Ki attacks with no color, gameplay that didn't even match the anime.

Yeah only one game holds true to being the best DBZ game, that DragonBall Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3.

Huge list of characters from DragonBall to DragonBall GT, good controls and feels more like DBZ then any other did.

for the love of god people do NOT buy this game. Every time a DB/DBZ game comes out - you all go right out and buy it asap and those sales keep making them think these games are good. NO, they are not good. The "good" stopped with Budokai Tenkaichi 3 - hell, Budokai 3.

They will never get it.

ME Gamers: Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 Review

ME Gamers: The Dragon Ball fighting game franchise have taken a down turn ever since they dropped the 2D fighting system at the end of the Budokai series. Once they started the Tenkaichi series I felt that the franchise was slowly being drawn out and would eventually reach a point where the creators will have to throw what they have built up away and find some new way to reform the series .

Console Monster - Dragon Ball Raging Blast 2 Review

Console Monster - Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 is one of those games that I wish I could love but deep down hate with a passion. With such a large variety of different characters, countless worlds and funny one liners, you would think making a fighting game based off the hugely popular anime and manga series would be a breeze but how wrong you are. Although Namco have crammed a ton of different fighting modes in, both single and multiplayer, the game feels very repetitive and unless you are a hardcore fan of the Dragon Ball series, you will probably want to steer clear of this one.
