Nintendo Life: "Some of you may already be familiar with Miffy. Originally starting off as a children's book by Dutch author Dick Bruna in 1955, the story is based around the small, female rabbit called Miffy and has since spawned a very successful children's series of books and cartoons. So, in a similar fashion to The Very Hungry Caterpillar's ABCs, the books have now been adapted as a WiiWare game by PAN Vision, but unfortunately this release isn't quite up to the same standards."

Miffy’s World Release Date & Gameplay Details Confirmed

PAN Vision Group, in conjunction with Mercis bv independent Portuguese game developer Biodroid, have revealed further details on the gameplay content for Miffy’s World. Set to be available for download on WiiWare tomorrow, Friday 15th October, Miffy’s World will be priced at 1000 Nintendo Points.

Miffy’s World Announced, Features Innovative Parental Control System

PAN Vision Group, in conjunction with Mercis bv, have today announced that one of the leading brands in children’s entertainment over the last half century, Miffy, is set to make its long awaited appearance on videogames consoles with Miffy’s World debuting on WiiWare in summer 2010. Developed by independent Portuguese game developer Biodroid, Miffy’s World is a simulation game world for children featuring the rabbit Miffy and her cast of animal friends.

New children's title arriving on WiiWare this Summer

PAN Vision Group and licencor Mercis bv are pleased to announce that one of the leading brands in children's entertainment over the last half century, Miffy, is set to make its video game debut with Miffy's World. The game is being released onto WiiWare in summer 2010.

It's not Miffy's video game debut, in fact it's not Miffy's first Wii game. Square Enix made a Miffy game for the Wii.:P

I hope this isn't jus shovelware as well. Well made games for children is something this industry needs more of.
