PAX: Tabula Rasa boasts some nifty features, impresses

Arstechnica: "Frank and I had a chance to visit with some nice folks at the NCSoft booth and April "CuppaJo" Burba, an NCsoft Community Manager, gave us a lengthy demo of Tabula Rasa. Frank and I both, being old-school MMO players, were impressed and loved what we saw. It would appear that, graphically, Tabula Rasa seeks to strike a balance between pretty and playability. The world detail did not seem overly elaborate or complicated compared to other games this season; that's a good thing in my book when it comes to MMOs. The models of both mobs and player characters were excellently detailed and looked absolutely fantastic... "

I agree when it comes to The Sims Online. That game was really fun and nothing has even come close to it. I still crave a new Sims with online multiplayer. Blows my mind they haven't done anything like that since The Sims Online or even The Sims Bustin' Out on PS2.
