Crazy Taxi is returning in downloadable form this November for both Playstation Network and Xbox Live Arcade. Furthermore, the game will be sporting widescreen support (to make up for the crappy 4:3 that gamers had to endure in SEGA’s recent XBLA release of Sonic Adventure) and a HD resolution.
Amidst the thrilling TGA 2023, Sega landed with a bang, bringing not one, not two, but five classics, including Crazy Taxi and Jet Set Radio.
Sega rocks and I'm excited that these classics are getting attention. Bring it on! Sega!
Crazy Taxi and Jet Set Radio reboot rumours are heating up again as a new SEGA survey points toward a next-gen makeover for these iconic franchises.
I want to see a new ESPN Extreme Games, that first game on PS1 was so funny, and the video segments with that woman mocking you.
The Gamer Writes "The video game industry has grown rapidly over the years. With millions of titles in existence today, gamers are sure to find a game they would enjoy. However, despite the numerous modern titles launched, retro games continue to thrive and remain popular among gamers. There is just something about these old-school gems that provide us with a sense of joy and comfort different from what modern experiences can offer."
... might one day pick this up for XBLA or PSN. Not sure yet. Depends on how the new release will turn out.
It's nice seeing some Dreamcast classics getting a XBLA/PSN release though. It was a great console with some amazing games.
Would love to see stuff like Shenmue and Power Stone in HD and the original language get a release. And ofcourse Jet Set/Grind Radio.
Also some Saturn classics like Nights an Guardian Heroes.
Sweet!
skies of arcadia, please SEGA
