MTV Multiplayer writes: "Sega's last two attempts to make a Marvel super hero game were two mediocre "Iron Man" releases which failed to crack 50% on Metacritic. Clearly something wasn't working with the formula, so Sega's decided to try something new for 2011's "Captain America: Super Soldier." They've brought in a new developer, Next Level Games, whose previous successes include "Punch-out!!" for Wii and the "Mario Strikers" series. They've also decided to examine how other super hero video games have succeed and follow that formula as closely as possible."

Superheroes dominate the movie screen, but they almost never star in big-budget games. Why?
Opinion piece from Pause Resume
"You’ve seen the movies, but why hasn’t Marvel brought their film universe across to video games? In particular: Captain America"
My only issue with a captain american game is the diversity. Is Captain America a diverse enough character to a player entertained? Batman has gadgets, but the Captain only has a shield.
The combat looked IDENTICAL to Batman, even the same moves. They need to really up the ante if they want a competitor super hero game similar to Batman:AA.
lol they trying to ride on Arkham Asylum AAA success thats a bad sign
So its "basically" an amazing game?....meh, not so much. Doubt it.
it takes place in/around a castle.. wtf?
Maybe it's not Batman:AA but if it's 75% good in reviews it should be interesting to try it out. I remember having a hell of a good time with Wolverine's game too!
