Nice clip dude! Can't wait for COD:BO!

Don't you hate it when stupid people flag stories for worthless reasons.

Kran4966d ago

agreed. What a dick that flagger was. News is news. And the trailer indicates when and where for the main trailer so yeh xD

Winter47th4966d ago (Edited 4966d ago )

I just wish the marketing department at Sony was doing half the job that Activision's doing, those guys "for better or worse" are beasts when it comes to advertising.

Can't wait.

Heh here is the best trailer for me this gaming generation... for me it is.

Imagine if a movie came out? I'd would def. check it out it would be crazy if it's anything like this trailer. Fight the resistance fight the war 2011!! As for Black Ops I might get it.

Croash4966d ago

Nah that's a teaser for a trailer and it does its job nicely which is to inform us.

zeddy4966d ago

stupid trailer but the game will be great.

Meh who buys COD for single player anymore?? I mean you can claim you buy for single player but if they removed it you could bet your ass it would still sell more than any other game this holiday.

dragon824965d ago

I ONLY buy COD games for the single player. I bought the Hardened Edition of Modern Warefare 2 and have yet to play a single online match. It is still at 0% complete on the main screen. I personally can't stand COD games online but the single player is always very good.

STICKzophrenic4965d ago

I'm with Dragon, though I will play a little bit of the MP component.

CoD4 has an amazing story with some truly epic missions and set pieces. MW2 is pretty fun, but it was incredibly over the top. It was obvious IW tried to pull out all the stops to make MW2 better, but it ended up coming off extremely unbelievable.

I'll probably get Black Ops down the road because the campaign looks like it'll be great.

Battle of the beards lol

Looking good

SP Cod's are all the same. . .shooting. . no cover. . .running past enemies. . .people throwing grenades. . .driving level. . .shooting level from plane or vehicle. . .etc etc etc. MP is where it's at.

Croash4966d ago

Well I do, I don't play online.
Doesn't mean I'll buy Black Ops, but if the Single Player is good, I will.

EazyC4966d ago

I'd rather eat the money if I couldn't play Black Ops online. I mean come on, a most likely 10 hours or less campaign for all that?

Kran4966d ago

@EasyC

Hence the reason why they have "Difficulty" settings, so it takes a lot longer on the hardest difficulty ¬_¬

Why am I the only one who seems to get that

dragon824965d ago (Edited 4965d ago )

The only people who complain about the single player length are the ones who play on easy and just rush through it. I always play through on Veteran and I think the game is plenty long that way. The online part of COD is just plain garbage. I prefer games like MAG and SOCOM any day of the week when it comes to online play. I have no problem at all paying $60 for just the single player part of the game. There are plenty of other games out there that have much less for the same price.

Oldsnake0074966d ago

I liked MW2 singelplayer. It was alot of fun. Sure the plot sucked, but the game itself was filled with epic battles.

AllroundGamer4966d ago

"SP Cod's are all the same. . .shooting. . no cover. . .running past enemies. ." - soooo obviously you never beat the veteran difficulty, try it :)

ThatIrishGamer4966d ago

What with the HORRENDOUS AI who's only direction from IW is "Lob Grenades at a rate of 10 per second. Don't flank and outsmart the player. . . .just throw grenade".

Yes I have, and as I've said , as fantastic fun as COD is online - the SP is ALWAYS average, and ALWAYS the exact same but at a different time or locale.

metsgaming4966d ago

Thats just about the actual length of the campaign ! lol

I love controversy...Fack Jack Thompson!

Black Ops 1 Nuketown versus Cold War Nuketown '84

From DownSights: "Black Ops is not Black Ops without Nuketown. Following the tradition of releasing Nuketown for Black Ops games, the new Black Ops Cold War game also offers a revamped Nuketown called Nuketown '84.

Nuketown '84 has the same dimensions and map layout except for the aesthetics. The map's aesthetics have changed to fit the 80s theme, with destroyed buildings and graffiti-filled walls compared to a clean 50s suburban neighborhood seen in Black Ops 1."
