NaturalMotion is developing an ice hockey game called Icebreaker, GamerZines can confirm, thanks to a BBC video leaking the first ever images and info from the game.
Casual Gameplay writes: "Newly thawed from Nitrome, Ice Breaker is a great-looking physics-based puzzle game involving vikings, chunks of ice, and vikings frozen inside chunks of ice. Using the mouse, simply draw lines to cut the ice and drop vikings onto the ship. You'll often need to manipulate the frozen environment to create a smooth path for the vikingcicles to slide down, so timing and a little experimentation with physics are your two best friends in this game."
Who cares?
Lets hope they took the communities criticism and made this a better game.
Well I hope they learned from Backbreaker !
They need to fix their football game not make a hockey game.....we already have one of the best sports games of all time on our hands NHL 11.....I could understand if we didnt have a great hockey game like we do in the sport of football...
Backbreaker had a lot of potential. Hopefully this will fulfill that potential.
