Cabela’s Dangerous Hunts 2011 – This Ain’t Yer Daddy’s Huntin’ Game - Ripten Preview

Ripten: Ok, so we’ve got a Cabela’s hunting game, with a story written by Brad Santos (Resistance: Fall of Man), that uses a bad ass wireless rifle as a controller. You officially have our attention

So Activision got the guy who wrote Resistance to write their hunting game and made a whole new rifle controller for it? Holy budget Bobby!!

Activision's pockets are deeper than the darkest pits of blackness in Bobby Kotick's heart.

People still play these games?

Not every game has to have uber graphics or a storyline as big as War and Peace to be good. At $39.99, these games are worth it imo, even better when they hit bargain bin prices.

Btw, why come here and post about a game you have no interest in?

I've been that big a fan of hunting games, but this has me really excited. It's probably the gigantic rifle. That's probably it.

Backlog Quest: Day 1 – Cabela’s Dangerous Hunts 2011 | Clearance Bin Review

Backlog Quest is a month long special event on Clearance Bin Review featuring daily game reviews of the games that have sat on the shelf for simply too long; old and new.

From Day 1 – Cabela’s Dangerous Hunts 2011, Tristan Rendo writes "I had seen them in stores quite a bit, and there is no shortage of them, so I had wondered for quite some time just what these Cabela’s games had to offer. Though the presence of a gun accessory made it seem possible."

I tried MAG when it first was patched, and had a hard time keeping it level, and became motion sick. Killzone 3 is a close second, but the easiest to pick up and play is,

I will save people the click and just come out and tell you what that game was. It was Cabela's Dangerous Hunting 2011.

Honestly, I don't know whether to laugh or cry. I guess I would be crying if this guy was really that dumb to think Cabelas Hunting is better because, gameinformer had a video that tells a completely different story (hint: it sucks).
