"A lot of Resident Evil fans are going to be overjoyed to hear this. During the Nintendo Conference not too long ago a Capcom representative talked about both Resident Evil Revelations and Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D.

t seems Capcom is marketing on both fan bases of Resident Evil, those that love horror and those that love action, and trying to settle both with duel releasing titles to appeal to both audiences. In other words, releasing two titles, one game which can be dubbed, "survival-horror," and another which can be dubbed, "survival-action." It’s an interesting market decision which may have a positive reaction from the Resident Evil fan base which have been split ever since the series new direction in Resident Evil 4 (though those looking for fixed camera angles and pre-rendered backgrounds may still be dissapointed)."
From Xfire: "Steam users and the larger PC gaming community are lashing out at Capcom over a streak of sneaky DRM updates as the Japanese gaming giant continues to flirt with controversy"
Do they want more of their games to be torrented? Seems like it, I don't mind 🤣 Just ripped them a new asshole on Twitter, as I do not care what I say or post on there LOL.
This is classic Capcom. They everything they go on a hot streak and win back some consumer good will they have to turn around and burn it to the ground and have to start the whole process again.
Additional DRM just pushes people to pirate more. These ignorant executives just don't get it. Only the legitimate customer is affected by DRM. 😕
Got that retro survival horror bug? Here's Chit Hot's picks for the seven best survival horror games from yesteryear.
Eternal Darkness was way ahead of its time especially for a Nintendo exclusive.
I would love to see a remake or sequel (multiplatform)
4 people love Eternal Darkness.
Quick! Jump on that remake, whoever holds the rights these days.
GameFlavor's Resident Evil First Aid Drink is making a comeback, offering high quality Resident Evil merch.
It's the absence of Shinji Mikami.
Simples.
Who are the ad wizards who come up with these absurd names? Resident Evil: revelations! Resident Evil: regeneration! Resident Evil: degeneration! Resident Evil: rebirth!
Just shut up already. Absolute junk.
The strategy with these games seems really goood.
A moody, survival horror game that'll appeal to older fans and then a balls to the walls multiplayer action game. I'm going to get both!
