Destructoid: Ubisoft too is jumping on the bandwagon, announcing their 3DS titles along with everybody else. And what better way to start than with Splinter Cell?
As you can see from the provided evidence, Sam Fisher will be doing what he does best: Skulking about and killing people. I'm really pleased to see that they are sticking to the visual presentation of Splinter Cell: Conviction with its fancy, floating text instructions but I do hope they manage to smooth those letters out a bit. They're pretty jagged.
Nintendo are set to launch a series of Nintendo 3DS console bundles after the summer, beginning with two of Ubisoft’s big name franchises. Both Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell 3DS and the forthcoming Driver Renegade 3D will be included in official bundle packages.
Mr. Fisher is back and showing himself once again in his prime; this time on the new Nintendo 3DS. Chaos Theory is arguably the best and most popular iteration in the Splinter Cell franchise. Does this port show Sam at its best or should he have stayed in the dark for the launch of 3DS?
When I saw two Tom Clancy games as release titles for the Nintendo 3DS I thought ‘great’ and then after reading some reviews about Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars I couldn’t wait to get my teeth into Splinter Cell 3D. I haven’t played any of the previous iterations of Splinter Cell but I knew the concept behind the titles.
WTH? No ps3 version.
