The Good: they sell like hotcakes
The Bad: Most have no hardcore games (except playstation move)
The Ugly: Kinectibles!

The Good : Playstation Move
The Bad : Kinect
The Ugly : The Wii

8-bit4971d ago (Edited 4971d ago )

Eh I don't know about that..

The Good : Playstation Move (Accurate and 1:1)
The Bad : Wii (Has some Hard Core games)
The Ugly : Kinect (Buggy, and has no games to appeal to gamers)

The games are the reason why I put them in this order. I am looking forward to LBP2, Socom, GT5, inFamous, Killzone 3 but also Kirby's Epic Yarn, New Donkey Kong Country and Zelda.

Kinectimals, Dance Dance Dance, Ricochet and Kinect Adventures are not in my future.

This is a really good article.

the wii is the only good motion controller out there why all u ps3 fans are bashing the wii its done all sorts for metally impared people and people with all sorts of diseases ect not just rejuivenated the game world and lets not forget wii has been out for 4 years these 2 ADD ONS have been out 2 mins so only time will tell if these are better in the consumers eyes and guess what MOVE can only match the wii in racing games and in FPS its lagging behind because u cant afford lag i play wii and there is no lag what so ever in FPS games and its total 1on1 plus u only need basic motions for smashing windows in games like goldeneye wii and for combat and as far as im concerned table tennis on resort is 1on1 my cousin came around and said i love the table tennis he is 40 and played ps2 for the last 6 years he said i can put spin on it ect so with motion plus u get the same experience as MOVE in sports games ect end of its just nintendo thought up the idea so there 1 step ahead and the only device that will beat the Wiimote is the next 1 from Nintendo end of ps3 is to scattered they want to do everything all at once which makes the system abit wierd if u ask me u have 3D/PSN/MOTION CONTROLS/normal controls ect too much for most people to invest in end of the console doesnt know what it wants to be at least 360 its just a camera for casual games if sony wanted hardcore games to change for the better they shouldnt have included a camera to track your motions end of at this moment in time the wii is the best for motion gaming by default

Hi!

I'm trying to understand where you're coming from but the wall of text is making it a bit hard for me.

Would you kindly put some commas or periods?

This will help us in the community understand what point you're making.

Your method above is not exactly the best for getting your point across
... since some people doesn't bother reading anything in the wall of text format.

P.S.
-------
(Since I don't get what you're saying .. I'll just take a guess)
.
If you're saying the WII can do everything the MOVE can, then I humbly disagree:
- Augmented Reality
- Dual motion controller games (E.g. sword and shield)
- 3D Tracking games (E.g. Tumble)
- HD Games

Titanz4971d ago

So developers can't program wii games to use 2 wii-motes with motion+ at the same time? O_o(What the heck are you smoking?).

Lets face it, if you compare the MOVE controller to the Wii-mote(with m+), there really isn't much of a difference-- Sure the MOVE controller has better accuracy and multiple color displays, but the Wii-mote also has features that distinguishes itself from MOVE.

I.E, the Wii-mote can be turned sideways to play games Nes styled, has a speaker, and is the "faster motion device"(I haven't even mentioned the Wii board, mind you).

So I think gamers get more bang for their buck if they own a Wii-mote, because its so versatile.

Paragraphs: Learn about them.

Matey/titanz, stop the denial and the misinformation, you have 354 reviews to know how much move is better than wiimote (+motion + !), more accurate + 3D tracking, augmented reality, voice recognition, etc, without lag !

Nioh games definitely up there at the top alongside Ninja Gaiden BLK.

LoveSpuds474d ago

There is a decent fan base for the Nioh games, but still think they are criminally overlooked and under appreciated.

I just bought the PS5 collection to replay them again with all their DLC, a sweet collection for my games shelf for sure.

Yea, those gardens haven't been plowed in over 10 years now though. Imagine if they cultivated it, let it grow again.

Starman69474d ago

Amazing what ya can do with a samurai sword lol 🤣

tehpees3474d ago

The honourable mention though.

TheSenorCheese474d ago

originally it wasn't going to be included because of their take on Samus' character. But the gameplay's actually not bad.

Vits473d ago

Honestly, I don't know if we can even blame them for that take. Nintendo's Sakamoto was credited as the writer and from what we learned later with the Retro Studios interviews for the Prime series, Nintendo apparently never saw Samus as this stoic badass that most of the west imagined her as. Going as far as describing her as "motherly".

shinoff2183474d ago

Ninja Gaiden was dope but I don't really care for alot of their games.
