The system of choice Going Rogue introduces make for interesting throughout Praetoria and beyond. It will be a mixed experience for newcomers and veterans alike, although only current players may truly feel the draw.

That's pretty cool, I always play as a hero in games but sometimes mix it up by playing an evil character. I might check this out, not a bad deal.
It was engaging at the time, I just dont know how well it would hold up now against all the other titles out there.

As of right now, City of Heroes is in a state of flux. But it all started with the most recent expansion, one that gave players the chance to switch sides back in August -- Going Rogue.
