there alwasy new anime shows coming out, the last great one I saw was Angel Beats. Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon are the shittiest of all anime shows out there. They look like american cartoons.

Yu-gi-oh was actually fun. I still play Sacred Cards for GBA. Too bad I'm 18 now and I'm not allowed to like them according to my 8 y/o little cousin XD

Pokemon is a good example. Another is dragonball/dragonball z. With dragonball debuting in 1986 and dragonball z in 89. And yet 20 years later here we are with games like dragonball raging blast 2 being released. I was born in 91 and dbz was my favourite show to watch as a child. I turned 19 today (20th sep) and I am considering buying raging blast 2 to play for old times sake

Yea DBZ is a classic, everyone watched it. well cept for girls cause they watched Sailer Moon or something. Still i woulndt buy the DB games until they make it similar in speed (in the show) and graphics (like that Naruto game) because I want the real DB exp. For me the games are still slow when fighting.

I remember Yu Gi Oh from my childhood and to be honest, I preferred it to Pokemon.
Card game was better, the show was better...ok, Pokemon still ownd the video game franchise.

I still have the Yu Gi Oh game on the PSX and I thought it was pretty good and the DS is the perfect platform for this game and others like it.

I always thought Yu-Gi-oh as a cheap rip off of Pokemon and it's success with the card games. Though I did give them props for making the cards seem more important overall, cause in their show even the characters had to use the cards, unlike say pokemon where card and show only tie-in in names only :S

the yugioh game don't need to evolve .. the card game is fun ..i really dislike most of 5d rules but the game itself is fine ..no need ofr dice monster or anything this isn't what fans wants ..

yugioh is many many rules and most of the fans are using the vidoe games to stay up to date concerning them and to try their deck before going to a tournament ..
for someone who doesn't play the card game ( IRL ) this games are the same yet for the players they are really différent ..so there isn't a need to evolve it that much
