It will not last but pokemon will.

darkcharizard4973d ago

Exactly what I was thinking.

If the games are good like Black & White, it surely will! TGC and ANIME are shit though nowadays :(

rezzah4973d ago

there alwasy new anime shows coming out, the last great one I saw was Angel Beats. Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon are the shittiest of all anime shows out there. They look like american cartoons.

MrAwesome4973d ago

I remember the good 'ol days when I was obsessed with the card game. T^T

unknownhero11234973d ago

same here. actually, i still am to an extent. I can't let go of that memory of owning my opponents.

LordMarius4973d ago

It will last until we get Holograms

NabikiTendo4973d ago

since i was younger and I'm 19 now lol. it's not going anywhere as long as new generations are born.

darkcharizard4973d ago (Edited 4973d ago )

You're not going anywhere until you die. :D

rezzah4973d ago

Came out when we were in grade 5, Im the same age =p

amrasmord4973d ago

Yu-gi-oh was actually fun. I still play Sacred Cards for GBA. Too bad I'm 18 now and I'm not allowed to like them according to my 8 y/o little cousin XD

tayz4973d ago

how is yu-gi-oh even alive still? i thought it was pure crap when it first came out and still do!

CernaML4973d ago

It's pretty much like Call of Duty. Easy to play and addicting.

Dsnyder4973d ago

Minus the easy to play part. The rules are more complicated than calculus.

unknownhero11234973d ago

not really, it's pretty simple to learn really.

Demarco1564973d ago

plot about adults playing children card game

best...idea...ever!!!

Jack-Pyro4973d ago

All problems and conflicts can be resolved through childeren's card games, of this, I have no doubt.

Where is Yu-Gi-Oh! VR?

Jacob St-Amour from Link-Cable Writes: "Virtual reality: a realm of endless possibilities and new ways to play, with the only limitation being the player’s imagination. This is what developers have to say about the hardware, but does it really offer that experience? Yes, we do have some full games coming to VR and many strides have been done to support the hardware, but we are still missing that killer app that would make virtual reality a must buy and a stepping stone towards something greater, and that starts with no other than the trading card game Yu-Gi-Oh!."

Yes would be awesome and totally easy and wont cause any dizzinies and if it done right it will be a global step up for VR gaming.

Relientk772493d ago

I wish they could make giant Yugioh dueling arenas, and the monsters as holograms like in the show. It would be so cool
