Any good game developer listens to what the players of their games have to say, be it good or bad, or be it constructive or destructive criticism. But are some developers guilty of looking too much into what their fans have to say, with the eventual result of making their games less original?
Hear me out on this one.
Hideo Kojima is widely known as a video games auteur, but what are his best games outside the Metal Gear franchise?
During the latest episode of HideoTube, Kojima talked a bit about Physint and the other projects he's currently working on.
That is a fantastic interview. Physint is a love letter to the fans. What a legend.
I'm guessing OD will also be coming to PlayStation, as the trailer states for all players lol
I really really miss MSG. For me its not a PS gen if there is no MSG. So this news is a God send for me.
Death Stranding 2’s ship will be a core mechanic in the new PS5 game, as Hideo Kojima reveals key details during a fresh HideoTube episode.
I think Resistance 2 is the biggest example of a game ruined by fans. Resistance had a lot going for it, with Resistance 2 they took it and made everything bigger, better and more bad ass.... but it lacked just about everything that made the first game great. You saw a rocket launcher, you were using that rocket launcher within the next few minutes. Regenerating health, two weapons, a CoD style leveling system for online... it broke the game but it's what people wanted.
