I thought the Ninja storm series was PS3 exclusive? cool... I liked Rise of the Ninja.

KratosGirI4994d ago

The first UNS was an exclusive, but this one isn't.

I've been playing it. It's great to live is US, Europe, and Japan (at least according to PSN). And PS+ users got the demo yesterday.

sunnygrg4994d ago (Edited 4994d ago )

The demo was available on the PSN for everybody last tuesday. Or if you were as eager as I was, you could have just hopped into the JP PSN Store a few weeks ago.

ShadowRyuX4994d ago

I actually went on the Japanese PSN Store to get this demo when it first came out on the Japanese store, but by the time I got to doing it, I forgot why I was going on the Japanese store. I knew I should have done it immediately after reading the article instead of waiting a few hours ~_~

ABizzel14994d ago

@ Sunnygrg

I must have been mistaken I thought it was only on PS+, since I'm sur that's where I downloaded it from.

Anywho

I got the demo from the Japanese store before it hit the US so.

Rise of a Ninja is not exactly like UNS. Rise of a Ninja (as well as Broken Bond) were adventure games and you get to spots where you fight like in UNS, but UNS is def. has a deeper fighting system.

Yes!
They took out Ultimate jutsu. It's just an extra poweful normal jutsu.
This makes me happy, the first ones ultimate jutsu were annoying, it made every character be the same with a dif skin.

Sasuke uses chidori true spear in a new vid and it take away most of his chakra and alot of health off the enemy. Which is proof :)

Played the Demo, but i din't enjoyed it that much.

theonlylolking4994d ago

The demo was freakin awesome! Just if you are new to naruto storm then it will be too hard. They did a poor job explaining how to play.

Zechs344994d ago

Agreed. The fight scenes play out great and they're kind of humorous which I thought was funny. Not to mention the graphics are slick and greatly resemble the anime no prob. Although Id have to say that the first wowed me a bit more, maybe it was sharper... Idk, still great demo imo.

Tommykrem4994d ago

New to me, wasn't too hard or badly explained I think. At least they showed the controllers. Thought it was pretty awesome though. I didn't really watch the Naruto anime before this summer, so it's all new to me. Might be a buy.

Are_The_MaDNess4994d ago (Edited 4994d ago )

it means Hurricane Chronicles or Chronicles of the Wind (per-say) XD

MisterAV4994d ago

only in the anime the name change and is for the second part, after naruto goes with jiraya.

Jack-Pyro4994d ago

Like the Loch Ness Monster, or North Dakota.

cheeto1014994d ago

Didnt like that the demo was a boss fight, but the game looks and plays great! As per usual, the ultimate ninja series lacks some depth in terms of gameplay, but makes up for it with fan service and great visuals. Stoked for release!

despair4994d ago

I'm thinking most of the game will play out like a boss fight, at least with the story progression, side quest(if they're there) will be different but each battle that follows the anime and manga will be unique in setup and objectives so one long series of great interactive boss fights sounds great to me.

Wasted opportunity imo :(

rezzah3028d ago

They dont want to put extra effort ($) into the oldergames.

The money made off of this will support deelopment for the upcoming season pass.

yuukiliu3028d ago

If it was for PS4 that would be amazing. Play through the whole story on 1 system!

LAWSON723028d ago

Recently just bought 2 at GS for $6 and ordered 1 for $17 off eBay, so even if this did come to NA I am to invested to get this.

Hell yeah, Chou Odama Rasengan! So happy they gave Naruto that! Though I was hoping they'd show off a little of Tobi from 16 years ago... The serious version if you will... Here's hoping Madara is one of their last remaining unannounced characters! If not, well... DLC lol!
