Puzzle Quest 2, the follow up to the 2007 sleeper hit, has come back with tons of improvements in the pipe line. Your character no longer explores a large 2D map, instead developer Infinite Interactive has blessed its fan base with a 3D isometric world to wander around in.

I love this game
The puzzle-combat stuff is still great, but everything else seemed kind of annoying. All the RPG stuff was very "hand holding" and almost seemed pointless to being there.
Kind of disappointed.
