Paradox Interactive has announced that the highly-anticipated grand strategy game, Victoria 2, has gone gold and the pre-order has started on leading digital distribution outlets. Created by the development team behind the likes of Europa Universalis and Hearts of Iron, Victoria 2 is a grand strategy game set during the colonial era of the 19th century.
