Being a giant, beloved video game site has its downsides. For example, Joystiq sometimes neglect to give independent developers their coverage love (or loverage, if you will) as the get caught up in AAA, AAAA or the rare quintuple-A titles. To remedy that, they're giving indies the chance to create their own loverage and sell you, the fans, on their studios and products. This week they talk with Will Storer of WAM! Games.

Then again it's better than the trend of massage apps that plagued the platform last year. The release of Retrofit:Overload from Wam! Games brings back the love of a game that I enjoyed in the arcades during the 1980s. Not only that, but the game features a graphical style that is reminiscent of one of the most popular games on Xbox Live Arcade today."
