Dino Crisis and Onimusha Franchise Are Resting?

Dino Crisis 3 was the lastest installment that we’ve ever seen, and that was for the Xbox which was way back in 2003. And as for Onimusha the latest one that was released was way back in 2006 for the PS2.

True but also thinking about it, given their poor track record of late, maybe it's for the best if they don't try to make sequels to those.

after what happened with DMC4 as much as I'd love to play both these franchises again there is a good chance Capcom would screw it up

I'd really like a sequel to Dino Crisis or Onimusha, both great series.

But I think I'd rather someone else do it. Capcom have been absolute pants lately. Everything they touch turns to sh!t. They would probably manage to make something worse than Dino Crisis 3 if Capcom tried to make the 4th one themselves.

Hopefully there's some developer out there who's a huge fan, and they buy the rights to make a game or two. It happened with Fallout.

remember dino crisis 3 for xbox they already screwed up that was so bad they didnt even port it to ps2, they can only fix it. lol dinos in space what a stupid idea.

I'm sure they will for dino crisis and onimusha and hopefully a new resident evil game.

They'd have to make a new Dino Crisis game like a mix between 1 and 2 with RE4's play style while still maintaining the survival horror aspect. Not like RE5. They can't really mess up the Onimusha series as long as they keep the gameplay style the same.

I think it would be cool to see a new Dino Crisis. I also want to see Capcom make a new Strider, Power Stone, Rival Schools, Breath of Fire, DuckTales, Giga Wing & Darkstalkers. Capcom has made so many great games & I hope Capcom will revive them soon.

The last Onimusha didn't do justice to the series and I'd love to see a true next-gen outing featuring Samanosuke and Jubei Yagyuu teaming up!

Onimusha was a huge franchise for Capcom last gen there last Dino crisis game was pretty bad which i think it needs a reboot. Also i would love to a new Onimusha this Gen in Modern times that would be cool Also another DMC game would be cool or maybe Capcom is afraid to bring back Franchises like Dark void and Biotic commando that did not do to well but I do hope to see returning franchises instead of them milking editions Street fighter and Resident evil Come on CAPCOM Bring them back!

Great memories for these two franchises. I would absolutely like another game in those series...or maybe not as I think about what they made to RE series...
