DualShockers writes, "A couple weeks ago NIS America had a press event in San Francisco where they unveiled their upcoming localization plans for various titles, including the PS3 exclusives Atelier Rorona: Alchemist of Arland and Ar Tonelico Qoga (Ar Tonelico 3 in Japan). Since these titles are right up my alley, I got in touch with NISA’s Nao Zook about them. I also tossed a few questions her way about JRPGs in general, and the process of localizing them for a North American audience.

I like NIS They are a great company and most of their titles always end up on PS3. Which is great :D
about Ar Tonelico! I think it's awesome to see these smaller publishers continuing to support the JRPG and making sure the US get's as many of them at possible. Much props goes out to NIS as well as ATLUS of course.
This interview is really in-depth and has some funny moments. I like how they are not afraid to answer the tougher questions and definitely have an open book type of spirit with their game titles. It shows confidence.
i'm always glad to see our japanese counterparts pushing their games on our side of the pacific - Capcom should take note: it doesn't always need to be a point of contention when crossing your beloved franchises over for us yankees.
This sheds some light on some non mainstream titles. More JRPGS need to come to the US, I always feel left out.
