JonDiskonected5043d ago

Independent_Charles5043d ago

ha sorry i meant actually buy the game. havnt got money to spend on titles apart from the ones ill know will be good.

sam22365043d ago

Old news is oooooooold. It's been out almost a week now. Why did this get approved?

JonDiskonected5043d ago

not for everyone, last week it was only for ps+ members, this week for everyone else

sam22365043d ago (Edited 5043d ago )

Wrong. I could download it last week and I'm not a PSN+ member.

EDIT: Hell, check the date of when it was available, if you don't believe me.

EDIT 2: 21/07/2010 on the EU Store. Those 10 who disagreed are illiterate retards.

PSFan1005043d ago

Sam is correct, it has been out for about a week, for free (not PS+ members) on the uk PSN store.

Redempteur5043d ago

actually i'm on the french store and NOT part of psn plus and i got it last week too

JonDiskonected5043d ago

Available in europe, but, NOT available in north america(will be tomorrow probably)

JonDiskonected5043d ago

should have mentionned on the ps3

crzyjackbauer5043d ago

first one sucked why the hell would they make a sequel

orange-skittle5043d ago (Edited 5043d ago )

Because they were trying to correct what they did wrong. It's a great story to be told and enough of a good story to warrant a motion picture featuring Bruce Willis and Jamie Fox. The 1st Killzone sucked but they made a Killzone 2 and we see how that turned out. There's a lot of sequels that turn out better than the original since it's a new IP. Lost Planet 2 dstroys LP1 and Red Dead Redemption is waaaay better than Red Dead Revolver. Your comment makes no sense and next time please think before speaking. It makes you look moronic.

dirthurts5043d ago

I shall keep looking. Probably tomorrow. like a lot of people are saying.

Johnny_Cojones5043d ago

If you have a Steam account, it's available there. Haven't checked anywhere else.

MiamiACR5043d ago

Played it and liked it, although the PC version running max 1920x1200 with 2XAA needs some optimization. Looks like they upgraded minor things in the engine but I still get 30 FPS max with a 285gtx, 6gig DDR3 tri channel ram with a core i7-920 cpu. Anyone tell me what the hell they think the problem is? So far I call bullshit on proper handling of the PC version.

Johnny_Cojones5043d ago

I've had this preordered on Amazon for months. I saw the PC version listed at $39.99 & jumped on it. On top of that, I get the $10 credit towards another game. That's awesome.
After I try it out on my rigs, I'll let you know how it runs.
Currently it's DLing to my backup rig, which is a Phenom II 940@ 3.5Mhz, 4GB DDR2 800mhz, & a Gigabyte OC GTX 460 1GB. That is similarly powered to your rig in terms of gaming.

megacheak5043d ago

That's interesting. I played the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions, and it seems that the game is in sub-HD resolution, but there is 60 frames per second. It seems that there 2xMSAA. Xbox 360 version looks better, there is SSAO ...

Johnny_Cojones5043d ago

Ran it on both of my rigs with good results.

The one I describes, I ran maxed @60Hz with 4xAA & 8xAF, v sync, triple buffering, etc. Didn't get a fps count, but it ran smoothly.

Also ran on my main rig(i7 920@ 3.5Ghz, GTX 480 x2 SLI, 6GB DDR3 1600MHz) maxed @ 120Hz with 16XQAA & 16xAF, etc. Game looked great, ran great.

Looking fwd to this, as I liked the first one a lot, because of the story & atmosphere. Big Michael Mann movie fan, & this is likely as close as I'll get to playing a "Michael Mann" game.

What a shitty f***** list! Most of the games on it were great fun. Bullshit list.

chantii_mmohaven491d ago

yep this is truly a b*tthurt list :/

MadLad490d ago

I think the only one I agreed on was Anthem, and even that isn't horrendous.

Knushwood Butt492d ago

Anthem; I'd forgotten that game existed. I remember thinking the trailer was BS though; turns out I was right.

Cueil490d ago

the game wasn't bad though

RavenWolfx491d ago

"Worst big budget games" and immediately lists Genshin Impact, a game that has $4 billion in revenue.

blackblades491d ago

$3 billion and counting along with alot of users. I disagree with that being on the list. This list is just a person opinion without merit

monkey602491d ago

I havent played Genshin Impact and Mafia 3 was alright. The rest though I kind of agree with.
I loved the 1st Kane and Lynch and I could not understand how the 2nd game was as bad as it was.

Grab Kane & Lynch 2 for free right now on Xbox One and Xbox 360 thanks to Xbox Games With Gold

James writes - "It may be old, it may be rather brutal and gritty, but seeing as Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days no longer costs a penny, shouldn’t you at least grab it and make the most of the Games With Gold scheme?"

It's free so it's worth a shot but from what I remember it's not the best

TheColbertinator2510d ago

No,not even free. Avoid this one.

Kallisti2510d ago

I've heard nothing but bad things about this game

Wotbot2510d ago

It has the most gritty story you will ever play.

Not perfect but a brilliant co-op game.

NerveGearneeded2510d ago

Are the free Xbox Games With Gold titles for July 2017 any good?

Neil writes "This time last month I was waxing lyrical about how good it was to see the likes of Watch Dogs, Assassin’s Creed III, Dragon Age: Origins and a new game, SpeedRunners, be gifted to all Xbox One and Xbox 360 owners as part of the Xbox Games With Gold scheme for June 2017.

Now though we’re on the verge of being treated to even more free titles, but unfortunately the calibre of game given away with July’s Games With Gold scheme doesn’t quite match up to the month before it ."

Worst thing is the new game seems too similar to the last new game, need some variety!

BiggerBoss2512d ago

Embarrassing when put up against PlayStation Plus this month.

Skull5212512d ago

👎*insert fart noise here*

OldGuyStillGaming2512d ago

Absolutely worst month this year for GWG

EatCrow2512d ago

Worst ive seen in a while.

Software_Lover2512d ago

It's not going to be top tier every month. They have been pretty good lately. The sine curve was bound to hit the bottom at some point.
