From gamerstemple.com: OGPlanet announced today that the North American closed beta for Zone 4: Fight District runs July 23 through July 26 and that beta keys are available from Fileplanet.

Maybe it's because I have a high tolerance for mediocrity (I played Double Dragon III for hours on end despite hating it and actually passed the horrid Over the Hedge), but this actually looks kind of fun. KIND OF fun.
