RHEM Trilogy Box Announced

Lace Mamba Global has announced the forthcoming release of the RHEM Trilogy Box featuring RHEM, RHEM 2 and RHEM 3: The Secret Library, as a precursor to the release of the brand new sequel to the series, RHEM 4, the follow-up to the highly acclaimed adventure trilogy. The Brighton based publishers join forces with Runesoft Studios to release the much loved PC and Mac series to their catalogue of extensive adventure game titles.

RHEM Series: A MYST Clone Worth Playing

WC - As I said in my article on the Myst series, its success spawned plenty of imitators. These games came to be known, somewhat derisively, as Myst clones – for the most part, these games came and went and were not particularly memorable, but ten years after Myst first came out, a game was released that managed to recapture the feel of the original Myst in a way that others had failed to. It was called RHEM – three sequels followed and a fourth is in the pipeline. I haven’t played the first game because it isn’t as readily available as the others but the following three made me feel like I was playing new Myst games.

With seven years of successful releases under their belt, Runesoft, and in particular Knut Müller, certainly have reason to pride themselves on being given a fourth crack-at-the-whip, especially with a boxed retail release, a badge of honour which is becoming evermore rare in PC gaming.

Lace Mamba Global bring forward RHEM Trilogy Release Date

Brighton based publishers Lace Mamba Global have today announce their upcoming adventure, RHEM Trilogy, will be released today via all major digital networks. As a precursor to the release of RHEM 4, RHEM Trilogy wasn’t expected to be available until later this month, when the retail version of the game will launch.
