Why Clock Tower would be better on 360

Clock tower was a great game, but I'd worry about it's release on the 360. Alan Wake has to be one of the most hyped games of all time, and when it released it was excellent and the game has struggled to break half a million. This isn't a complaint against the 360, there are plenty of genre's that sell well on the console, but survival horror just really isn't one of them. Just look at Resident Evil 5 or Dead Space for two other examples. There just appears to be more appetite for these games on the PS3.

I think a title like Clock Tower that never had a really large following in the first place would struggle on the 360. If Alan Wake struggles with 5 years of hype, what chance would Clock Tower have?

Clock Tower was decent, but darkride is absolutely right. Single-player niche games already have a difficult time selling on the 360. So, yeah, great idea! Let's take an even more niche Japanese title and put it on the 360, because we all know those Japanese games sell so great on the 360... /s

I remember playing this on the PS1. Never knew it was on the Super Nintendo, very interesting.

I also remember jumping out of my seat when the "scissorman" jumped out of a locker or closet or anything.

I remember playing this game when I was 13.. was a huge horror nut back then and had seen all the horror films but nothing prepared me for the clock tower experience.. one of the scariest games i'd ever played and for all the right reasons, would love this in HD.

I would love to see a remake of the first two Clock Tower games on a next-gen console. Really clever and the second one could only be improved by redoing it with better graphics and voice acting.
