A year ago, you couldn't move on the App Store without clicking on a line-drawing game.

The bandwagon has since moved on, but that doesn't mean the genre has vanished. Its influence lives on in games such as Train Conductor 2: USA, albeit hidden behind a more rigorous framework.

After all, such direct control is ideal for touchscreen devices and it's something developer The Voxel Agents has made good use of here.

Ironclad Gaming: Train Conductor 2: USA

As being new to the series of Train Conductor. It was nice to have a quick tutorial at the beginning of the level’s. Going through the game for the first time was definitely a lot of fun.

Train Conductor 2: USA Review by Gaming on Batteries

Triverse writes, "The basic premise is the same, trains have a number on them and the tracks are numbered, it is up to you to put them together to rack up deliveries without crashing into other trains (which will cause you to lose immediately in most cases). As in the iOS version there are special trains from time to time, level hazards and of course an ever mounting number of trains that need safe delivery to their destinations."
