Joystiq caught up with Tomonobu Itagaki at the recent Championship Gaming Series North American World Series Final (try printing that on a hat) in Manhattan Beach recently, and Joystiq asked him a few questions. Although he'd had a few beers, joystiq didn't get him to pin down a date or a console for Ninja Gaiden 2, curse you weak American beer!
"Yes, he was wearing his patent black leather jacket and sunglasses, and no he didn't take them off. Even when it got dark. They might be permanently welded to his face at this point. While he's known for being outspoken and critical to the extreme (especially if your game has the word Tekken in the title), when Joystiq asked him about Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword, he actually handed over his DS to us and let us play through an early build of the game."
It turns out that many moons ago, Microsoft once had its eye on the Sony published LittleBigPlanet series.
Microsoft in a nutshell. Always tried to poach Sony employees, games, 3rd party games and devices like the depth camera that was turned into Kinect but was running on PS2 before Xbox 360. Wouldn't be surprised they wanted LBP. Just like they worked behind the scenes pushing the MLB to bring Sony's baseball game to Xbox instead of making their own.

They didn't spend years trying to develop their own baseball game. They wanted Sony's game.
They're scum.
"However, Healey said Media Molecule wouldn't have felt right doing that, adding it would have been "morally corrupt"."
Major kudos to Media Molecule for being an upright studio with principles.
Great, more stories like this please. Show the last of the zombies holding the line what we've been saying for years: Microsoft is anti competition, anti industry and has no interest in making games at all.
But hey, at least there's an Xbox Games Showcase to look forward to, right?
Well considering SONY just killed the series, LBP would've been dead by now either way. Though MM probably wouldn't exist by now either, so I'm glad they stayed with SONY, hopefully they don't get shut down any time soon or ever honestly.
Interview with Stephen Russell, Actor for (Nick Valentine, Codsworth, My Handy) in Fallout 4 which is a vast open world role playing game set in the apocalyptic wastes of Boston, the Commonwealth. The career goes further with other Bethesda games from Starfield to Prey to The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
This looks like a great way to play.
Rocksmith+, the award winning music-learning app that teaches you guitar and piano with thousands of hit songs, is coming to PlayStation and Steam on June 6, and is available to wishlist now on both platforms.
the 6 year old kids with a website (joystiq) wanted to get a reaction when they asked him two questions. This one:
Well, along those lines, are you looking forward to Tekken 6?
Tekken sucks. I don't know what you're talking about.
The industry knows he hates the Tekken series with all his guts.
and the question about the systems.
lol...bouncing breastssss makes it hard to play
OH NO HE DIDN'T~~ *snap fingers*
Tekken to stay on the Playstation System now. xD
We all know he hates Tekken, he is always saying Tekken sucks, it was very immature for joystiq to ask such stupid question by then again this is a pathetic blog run by some really stupid guys.
