A dual-revolver-wielding young girl with large eyes that can fly? Oh yeah, it must be a Japanese game! A classic sort of anime-inspired shoot ’em up (shmup) no less. It’s one of three Doujin, Japanese-style indie video games, that are being brought over via Sony Online and Rockin’ Android (the other two will be reviewed shortly as well).
Leading publisher of Japanese independent games, Rockin’ Android, announced today they are now distributing several of their releases on PCgaming platform, Desura.
Gundemonium Recollection is a Japanese developed indie game. It is a SHMUP title that belongs to the sub-genre known as Bullet Hell.
The game is fun, it is insane, and there is no real way to explain what exactly is going on. Getting passed and accepting the anime graphics is worth it, because the game inside is an addicting and well put together experience that will become addicting in a heartbeat.
