Gundemonium Recollection is a Japanese developed indie game. It is a SHMUP title that belongs to the sub-genre known as Bullet Hell.

The game is fun, it is insane, and there is no real way to explain what exactly is going on. Getting passed and accepting the anime graphics is worth it, because the game inside is an addicting and well put together experience that will become addicting in a heartbeat.
