It went to work for MTV Games. GH died when Harmonix stopped making them. You want soul, buy rockband.

Kalowest5075d ago

Yep your right, also GH is sh1t,and RB is a beast.

guitar hero sold out just like slipknot.

Killjoy30005073d ago

Considering the recent departure. Respect the music and let it RIP with Paul Gray.

YoungKingDoran5072d ago

uh, just because someone dies doesnt mean we have to pretend like a band was good. but to be fair i did like a few of their songs.

Anon19745073d ago

Satan or Voodoo. One of those two.

Unless Satanic Voodoo got it...

duplissi5073d ago

im a bit late to the party i see, as i was going to make the same comment..

guitar here died when harmonix stopped making them...

harmonix is a studio that has made nothing but music games in their entire existance, and neversoft... well they were all over the place. so tell me who do you think would make a better music game?

Activision ruined GH. It became the same game over and over with different songs.

Rock Band forced them to change up and add instruments.

Robearboy5074d ago

Its been sold and not even to the highest bidder

NateNater5074d ago

It went straight to Rock Band.

CountDracula5073d ago (Edited 5073d ago )

Guitar Hero's soul checked out when Hanna Montanna's dlc checked in.

ECM0NEY5073d ago

CountDracula5073d ago (Edited 5073d ago )

ECM0NEY5073d ago

Like most other genres, rhythm games became saturated and dipped off in popularity." --PlayStation Enthusiast

Stop these articles, christmas is over. At the least come up with a different title, I mean its January 4 already.

Razputin3060d ago

It's already January 4th. Hence the title on the 11th day of Christmas.

It's a series of titles referencing the days after the 25th which are the 12 days of Christmas.

Admittedly, it was a fun experience that revived the spirit of rock ‘n’ roll for a new generation.
