Arcania: Gothic 4 seems very much to be on track, but so far there is not much of it as impressive in particular.
It's a little difficult to imagine what will distinguish the game from a positive future competitors, but rather it is perhaps not to expect from the relatively umeritterte developers.
The visual look promising, but otherwise the presentation has a lot going on.
Generic world, dumb NPCs, and forgettable story, but can it still be fun? Read all about it here.
One man's bad game is another man's good game.
While many will disagree with the author, i will say that i am actually interested to get Arcania now. It was on my mind a while ago but i forgot all about it. Hopefully its a good game.
As long as you don't expect a AAA top-tier RPG there's a lot of fun to be had in Arcania. It's a great game to play with headphones on, curtains closed and for extended play sessions - If you pick it up I hope you enjoy it!
I could probably list 10 reasons why The Witcher 3 is better than every oher game ever made. But at the end of the day it will still only be an opinion and not objective fact.
How can someone say, that a dense story is bad and straightforward story is good? I didn't even read the rest, he is just wrong.
Old School RPG Fans Rejoice! Colin Checks Out the First Hour of Arcania: The Complete Tale on the PlayStation 4
I've been following this game for the past year and have been awaiting more video and have seen a couple since E3 and I'm loving what i see. The Gothic series is an excellent story telling RPG and this console version has incredible graphics and gameplay elements on top of an excellent story. I for one am pre pre ordering this asap! ha ha.
Still not sure about this one. I've been watching it for a while, but the combat looks really sloppy and kinda boring. We'll see.
