Strawdog Studios’ second Xbox LIVE Arcade release, Space Ark, is now available throughout North America and Europe. After the success of the frantic electric-lit Geon, the bright and bubbly Space Ark appears to be a significant change of pace for the small British developer. What lies underneath however, is the same panache for strategic high-score based gameplay as in all of Strawdog Studios’ work thus far.
Daav from NoobFeed.com plays the Pc version of Xbox 360 indie game Space Ark. At least, that's the intention before realizing that Space Ark on PC is actually still Space Ark on Xbox 360, but now on a PC. It's the straightest port possible, menus and all.
CalmDownTom says, "The story behind the game is some completely nuts nonsense about space animals born from eggs that have to collect DNA crystals. Suffice it to say that’s not a great explanation of the story, but its not too likely you will care much."
