WTF Moment From E3 2010

TechVoo writes "In my journey for free stuff during E3 I came across the Namco booth and they were handing out T-shirts to people who were playing their game Puzzle Quest 2. So I gave it a try and it seemed like your typical Bejeweled clone, until the booth manager tried to explain it to me"

Oh noes... not new ideas... thats just absurd... why would a developer want to be original?

this dumb prick just missed out on a great little game. the first puzzle quest was awesome.

NewNameNow5078d ago

No, bejeweled is a good game, this game is just retarded.

bigcheda5077d ago

is it anything like the first puzzle quest which surprisingly stole about 40 hours of my life?

first one was addicting, hopefully the 2nd one is as well.

Bereaver5077d ago

There's actually already a few sequels to puzzle quest out.

rakunado5077d ago (Edited 5077d ago )

Guess some people aren't open to new ideas.

What is even more sad, is people who haven't even played the first incarnation commenting on how absurd the next incarnation is. If they wanted to say how bad this game was they should've commented way back when 1 was released, why the hell they are commenting now on the sequel... sucks to be the ignorant journalist wannabe who has no clue how many people actually liked puzzle quest.

Oh I GET WHAT HE DID THAR, he is trying to be funny and show how hardcore he is. Well he won because I gave his page a hit, which im regretting deeply.

Guess most people can't wrap their minds around hybrid games. Does that make Mass Effect 2 bad because it includes FPS elements combined with RPG gameplay? I can just imagine this author now saying... ZOMG RPG and FPS combined /facepalm(s) and runs for the door!

Timesplitter145077d ago

Obviously that guy hasn't played Puzzle Quest 1. It's actually a very good game

evilmonkey5015077d ago (Edited 5077d ago )

I absolutely loved the first puzzle quest!!! This guy doesn't like games!!!!
Get the pitchforks!!! (and I want your puzzle quest t shirt dammit)

You should try it,alirazaqpur. Your gonna get flamed up good for this one.

poopnscoop5078d ago

Didn't someone already write this article?

http://n4g.com/news/547760/...

Oh yeah. I see originality isn't your strong suit. Better luck next time.

NewNameNow5078d ago

Get the heck out of here he wasn't the first person to ever write that article, if anything almost any article I write is usually copied that same day or next.

SactoGamer5078d ago

Puzzle Quest 2 wasn't at the Namco Booth. It was at the D3 Publishers booth which was behind Namco.

No Way5077d ago

Are you supposed to be a writer..?

mushroomwig5077d ago

Devolopers just can't win, people complain when the same old genres are used time and again, and now it seems like people complain when devolopers try something new.

Deathracer5077d ago

Nobody can win because everyone complains.

HarryM5077d ago

If the writer ACTUALLY just walked off when the developer told him about the story, that's just wrong.

You never know, a storyline for a Puzzle Game could go well together...
